The Eye on  Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa is a policy, Think-Tank and Review organ which also publishes the Eye on Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa Resource Yearbook and the EYE Statistical Briefings, both Published annually. all are Published by a syndicate of African Scholars and Africanists for the uplift of the image of Ethiopia and the Horn of Africa at large. It is legally and editorially independent but Functionally affiliated to the HADAD (Horn of Africa Democracy and Development international lobby)
